Breathe Fitness have started a NEW bootcamp in the SE16 area of London in Southwark Park. The park is ideal for an intense yet fun 1 hour workout including group/individual exercises using various equipment and bodyweight so that you get a great workout and enjoy it at the same time.
Each bootcamp is intense but also fun and by the end of it you will know you have worked yourself hard so you can go and enjoy the rest of your weekend.
I like to work with small groups so I can focus on each person individually so 12 people max in a class to get that personal experience.
The bootcamps will include various equipment from boxing to bungee ropes but they are mainly based around you using your own bodyweight to improve strength across the body. Equipment is something people always feel they need to rely on but that isn't the case. In our sessions we will get you doing movements you didn't think possible and will notice your fitness and strength improve over time.

Anthony is a very supportive trainer, he helped myself and seven colleagues increase our fitness over 3 months ahead of a marathon in September. As a group we found him to be an enthusiastic, encouraging and knowledgeable trainer who supported us both in and outside of the sessions leading up to the marathon with some fantastic tips. He used a diverse range of fitness techniques, apparatus and certainly had the capability to cater for an array of fitness levels. Without Anthony's help I'm not sure we would have crossed the finishing line.
