You can do all the exercise in the world but without the correct eating pattern the exercise will be wasteful. At Breathe Fitness we offer a free nutritional assessment with any booking that includes going over your current nutrition and during your training what needs to change.

 

We don't like the term 'diet' as it sounds like something you need to try and stick to, which most of the time ends in failure. Eating is a way of life and something that has to be done for people to survive so we look at it as a way of life as something you intergrate into your day to day living.

During our time with you we can calculate your RMR (resting metabolic rate). This tells you the minimum number of calories your body requires each day to run properly. In Britain today people seem to think the way to lose weight is to purely eat less but that is completely the wrong way to look at it. We also provide you with food diaries to help you keep track of what you're eating making it easier to see where you're going wrong and how to change. We can also advise you on the correct times of day to eat and simply add all the correct meals into your busy lifestyle.
