All sessions whether at home, park or work location are 1 hour in length. Prices are not shown on this site as we offer a bespoke package to each individual person. Contact us to get your own personalized quote.

 

Personal training at home, park or work can be booked in the blocks as follows:

 

         

Booking four sessions are ideally for people looking to train once per week to make up a months worth of sessions that way.

Booking sessions singly are ideally for people who has never used a trainer before and want to try before deciding on a longer committment.

Booking twelve sessions are ideally for people looking to train twice or more per week making up about 6 weeks worth of training.

(Please note the more sessions booked the cheaper each one becomes)

Wedding packages

Sessions can either be booked in shorter segments or through one payment for all sessions from start to finish. These packages are based on starting 6 months prior to your big day but other packages can be discussed if wanting to start at a different time.

 

Bride OR Groom to be

2 sessions per week for 6 months (52 personal training sessions)

1 session per week for 6 months (26 personal training sessions)

 

Bride and groom train together

2 sessions per week for 6 months (52 personal training sessions)

45 minute intense workout

A very intense 45 minute workout with few rest periods. Can target the whole body of individual areas that you want to work. Great for people with not much free time during the day.

Beach body

Each package includes a full diet plan to help cut  your bodyfat down to look your best for your holiday.

2 sessions per week for 10 weeks prior to your holiday (20 personal training sessions)

1 session per week for 10 weeks prior to your holiday (10 personal training sessions)
