Anthony was wonderful, but also inventive, knowledgeable, fun, and very good at what he does. He built on what I was already doing and added new things, noticing closely where I most needed work. We worked out twice weekly, strength and flexibility mainly, both in a gym and also at the outdoor course at Primrose Hill. Would highly recommend.

'My sessions with Anthony are great. He took the time to get to know my needs and goals before the sessions which meant we made the most of the time in the gym. Being a wheelchair user means it is necessary to adapt exercises at times which was not something that phased Anthony at all. My current goal is to strengthen my core to improve my agility and stability in my Basketball wheelchair to aid me in my preparations for my third Paralympics in Rio 2016. I could not recommend Anthony more highly. I stumbled upon his website during a very desperate phase of my life at which time my unhappiness with my body had become unbearable.
