What is the TRX Suspension Trainer?

How does it differ to other training types?
Traditional weight training often only works one muscle at a time which is contradictory to the normal coordinated muscle effort used to complete most activities. Suspension Training allows for the use of multiple planes of motion and works multiple muscles and joints simultaneously.
How can I train with this?
We are offering 1-2-1 training on the TRX in any location whether it is the gym, your home or local park as it can be used in multiple locations. Once you have tried it you will fall in love with it as it is that effective so it is worth giving a try.
